There is so much more, but these were the center points in the aligning of several of the most important books I’ve been reading and re-reading for the last 10 years. And Seth Godin provided the word (Kamiwaza) in his book The Icarus Deception. I started reading it months ago, with no idea it would overlap so much with books on quite different topics and from quite different times.
