My favorite of my landscapes

This has a lot of what I'm chasing after right now - a kind of spontaneity, a certain partial disregard for the rules of perspective, the "last light of the day" (the last hour of sunlight is always my favorite), an "edge of the world" feeling, and, finally, I look at it and think "I want to live there."  I want to move this lovely freedom I had in 2015 and 2016 with my pastels into new mediums and new pieces.
