l'inclusivité

l'inclusivité

Etienne has a bon ami at work who lent him a bag of dinosaurs. This was due to the recent participation in a drawing by dinosaurs. (They were singing with lapins, one with ears up, one down. I asked if the ears are down because the singing is pas si bon, but Etienne said that rabbit’s ears are always “flopped.” It seems tres inconvenient. Unless the singing is pas si bon…)

In the photo below I am sitting on a blue elephant with dinosaurs et un cheval suédois. The group is inclusive of un gros poisson (behind moi) and the maîtresse d'école who was part of the play of Etienne’s children when they were small. She is the one with the adorable pince nez and eye lashes. Grenouilles have non eye lashes so we find them hypnotisant. She was la mère, aussi - mother to any and all, including the bad triplets and Mustachio Pistachio Grenagrin. Notice that this play de Etienne even includes the trucks and a car (it is a Fiat, quel dommage, not a Peugeot nor a Renault - the trucks, they are Fords, bien sûr, this is America, but a Fiat? Pourquoi? Would not this image be better with a Citroën Deux Chevaux? Etienne admits to gazing upon them avec amour when in France.) But anyone can play here, even le poulet en verre - who is also avec moi on the terminal stand of Etienne toujours.

It matters not what you are made of - ceramique, wood, metal, verre, plastique, papier… All are welcome. Play is the better for l'inclusivité - and so is art. Etienne says it is true pour la vie aussi, but I would not know about the real life. I know only this world in the studio of mon ami, which includes the scary shadows of dinosaurs who, with a closer eye, are plainly not tres frightening.

Et ici est a link to a photo of the favorite car of the farmer - le Deux Chevaux. Why could we not have a Citroën?
