I need some bears...

When I need to understand something, so I can sort out my own feelings about it, or so I can have it come through me into a piece, I do thumbnails. I’ve known about this idea since art school - over 40 years - but I have only started actually using it recently.

So I needed to “get” bears. Bears have been showing up, surprising me, quite a bit in recent months. I’ve always liked bears, but they haven’t featured in my work until the last few years, and particularly 2021.
